Ten years ago, some fellas had a musicology blog. One post in particular has been a wonderful resource to share with my students: “How to Read Academic Writing” by Phil Ford (8 Jan 2014).
I had occasion to be reminded that I had made a sketchnote of it to give to my students, but when I went to find it, I realized that it was from the early days of my sketchnoting journey on paper. So I made a new digital version, and as you are shaping your hopes and dreams for the students of the new semester feel free to use it.
